Does anyone out there have a Peg Perego High Chair? Maximum Height? Other Counter Height...

Urgh...

I have written to Peg Perego as well as a few retail stores and no one has gotten back to me.  Can anyone tell me what the maximum hight is on the adjustable height Peg Perego high chairs (ones like the Prima Pappa Diner / Best)?   Everywhere I look the ad says "adjusts to 7 heights" but no where do they say what those are - crazy!

Or, can anyone suggest a high chair (other than the Bloom - too expensive) that adjusts from counter height to table height, is cushy/reclines for an infant and is on wheels?

Thanks for your help!

I have a Prima Pappa Newborn and I love it.  The height: At it's highest the seat is about 28 inches.  At that setting, the tray is about 34 inches high at the top.  The lower settings go down to table height and lower.  I really like this high chair.  It's easy to clean, sturdy and comfy.  One complaint people might have is it's large footprint, it's big and takes up quite a bit of space.  We have a large kitchen and breakfast nook where we use it and it isn't a problem, but I could see where it might be too big for a smaller space.  HTH!

I have the Prima Pappa Best, and I love it - at its lowest, the tray fits under our breakfast table (though baby can also use the chair w/o the tray), and at the highest, it's perfect for letting baby play while I do the dishes, so he can see!

lowest - tray at 27", seat back at 35"

highest - tray at 34", seat back at 42"

reasons I like it:

It's classy looking - this and 4 moving wheels (which it also has) were my main considerations with a high chair!

The thigh openings are large, allowing room to grow - go look as some in person, or up close photos, and you'll see that some have tiny leg openings, requiring small thighs.

It's easy to clean

It's comfy for baby

It's very study

The large tray gets really close to baby's tummy, minimizing food loss

HTH :)

Ok, that sounds great!  My counter is 36" and it seems like a tray height of 34" will be ok and let the baby feel like she/he is sitting with us, right?  My cousin has that chair and I really like it so I think I'll splurge by putting it on my registry.

Thanks, mamas...you should open a store cuz the two that I wrote to (with what seems like a pretty simple and reasonable question) suck!  mischievous.gif
