Like seriously way too salty to eat plain.   Oops.  I think I had one too many kids asking me questions while I was measuring salt to soak them in, lol.

How to use them up?

You an mix them half and half w undersalted crispy nuts, grind them for something.

Or you can soak them in water overnight (change it at least twice) and redry.

I was wondering if I could resoak them.....I may try that w/some of them.  I also made some chili lime ones that no one would eat.  I LOVE the texture of them and the butteriness, lol.  I want them to work, darnit!

I am making banana bread later.  I think I'll grind some to put in there.

We had some ground up on top of chevre and drizzled w/honey recently.  MMMMM!

You could chop them really fine & add them to whatever you're eating (I'm not TF, I just saw this in new posts, but I'd add them to roasted veggies or brown rice or something... if they aren't SO salty that even chopped fine, they'd spoil the whole dish!) Or just grind them & use them in place of salt in whatever you make over the next week or two!

Sounds like they would be good in some salad.  Or what about throwing them in the blender with some soaked/cooked legumes, garlic, olive oil etc. and making a kind a hummusy thing?
