ds: because mama, it just makes me really sad.

me: does it hurt you anywhere? (thinking it might hurt his tummy as we dont eat much dairy)

ds: yes

me: show me where it hurts.

he pointed to his heart!  i thought it was so funny, we've never talked to him about being sad and his heart hurting, coincidence i guess!  but so  cute-the things these kids say sometimes!
