Can I still use this stuff?

I posted a similar thread in "Life with a Babe" a few months ago but friends are putting doubts in my head so I wanted to look at it from a safety standpoint.

The following are items that we are/have tossed:

Crib- drop side; had gone through 5 kids anyway; broken

pack and play-dh left out side in humid weather 5 years ago and I was worried about mold so we kept but recently tossed (wish I'd saved to trade in at BRU now)

Carseat which is huge and due to expire  a year after baby is born.  There's no way he'll be big enough (planning to trade at BRU for discount)

The following I was planing to keep:

Britax Roundabout- a little less than 3 years old when babe gets here.  I figured he'll probably get two years of use out of it.

Co-Sleeper- plan to replace mattress only-might be 8 years old; need to check the date.

Bouncy Seat- 8-9 years old

Swing- this is iffy; if I can find  a good excuse, I might  toss it; it looks rough and that's fine but I don't want it to fall apart.  It's at least 10 or 11 years old.

the high chairs that go on the seats...not too worried about these. One is probably 4 years old and the other is 8 years old.

Stroller- about 7-8 years old- Peg Plikomatic- If I need to replace this; I need something that will fold to about the same size if possible.

Sounds good to me.  If the mattress is fine, I wouldn't bother replacing it.  An older one would have already off gassed, so in a way it's better.

If you can afford to, consider replacing the mattress.  Used mattresses have been linked to higher incidences of SIDS, especially if the mattress was used by a child from a different home.  To help with the off-gassing issue that new mattresses have, could you purchase it right away and let it air out until the baby comes?
