That is so cute!  I noticed it is from 1977. Somehow I think that wouldn't play with modern audiences.....but maybe I am being to negative about the general pop.

There is another clip from later on, but I think it's the 80's. I am thinking baout writing and asking them to do it again. <3

LOVE.  sesame street today needs a lot more big bird.  Abby is annoying and there is WAY too much elmo.  I know he is popular but geesh.. half the show is just elmo's world and abby's flying school.

AGREED!!!! I miss The Count too....he really needs to be on more. We should all write to have a breastfeeding topic on....there is not enough of it on t.v.

The count!  Yes!  we don't watch often so maybe I've just been missing him (I can't stand abby's flying school.  seriously.  and elmo really gets on my nerves.. no point watching if you want to avoid those!)  but it feels like he simply doesn't exist in the sesame street world anymore.  and bert and ernie.. they do the flying bed thing but its kinda boring.  and snuffalufagus or however its spelled.  He was great.

Wow, I can find almost no children's shows that portray breastfeeding.  Very sad.  The ironic thing, is if we were able to get kids shows to show breastfeeding, there would probably be some negativity.  I don't think it would hurt at all to start writing in to the kids shows asking for this though.
