This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

So, this is a bit of a downer, but I had it til my ds's birthday! I actually had to start taking anti-emetics (the other choice was to be hospitalized
) as I didn't start gaining weight til my 5th month. Took the last pill morning the morning of my son's birth. Mine wasn't just in the morning either, itwas ALL DAY!
It's not that unusual to have ms that long, but it is a real pain. If it's so severe that it's affecting your life, I'd talk to your OB or your Midwife etc about it. There are some natural things that help. For me, it was sour and salty stuff as well as ginger tea and gingerale. Salt and vinegar kettle chips were my friends for a while
. Vit B 12 can help as well!
Good luck Mama, and I hope it doesn't last!

Last night, Cheerios for dinner. Yummy. NOT!

I still throw up pretty much daily and can't eat many things because they will make me sick. I still weigh my prepregnany weight. I was overweight to begin with but not too much. My ob was concerned when I had a 2lb weight loss last month but I had had a virus. With my ds I was sick until the end. I don't want to discourage you but my sickness got worse with him in the third trimester.
