Cloth Accessories needed for Newbie stash?

I'm pretty happy with my newborn & one-size CD stash to begin with, but was wondering what accessories I should purchase while I still have my sanity before baby comes :)

Here's what I have:

1 planetwise large wet bag

1 pack Thirsties wipes

20 or so Circo baby washclothes

and, for me, 1 3-pack Fuzzi Buns cloth breast pads

Do I need:

CJ's or another brand of CD-friendly diaper cream?

nipple cream?

...and I'm not really sure what else I need/what would be helpful

I'd rather buy a cream/lotion that I _might_ need now, rather than wait and be desperate later...  I also have more time to shop for sales now, than when baby comes (I'm 33 weeks now).

Any rec's??  THANK YOU!!

Yes, diaper cream and nipple cream would be good to have on hand. I never needed the nipple cream, but I think that's rare!  You can either find CD safe diaper rash cream or you could get a few liners (for example, Bummies fleece liners) for the rare occasion when you need to use diaper cream.  I like having 2 wet bags so I can have one on hand while the other is in the wash so maybe consider 1 more of those.  I also have a small wet bag for the diaper bag to use while out and about.  It's handy for dirty CDs and dirty clothes too (think diaper blow out).  Also, I'd be curious to know how the Fuzzi Bunz cloth breast pads work because the cloth ones I bought were NOT adequate and I leaked right through.  So maybe a small box of disposable pads just in case?

Oh, and I'm assuming you have good detergent for the CDs?  I like Rock N Green myself.

Thank you so much!

I do have a tub of Charlie's and a pack of Kushies cloth liners (and flushable, too, for later).

I picked up some Arnica gel, nipple butter, and mama bottom spray for post partum care.  I'll put in an order for CJ's butter soon and maybe snag some of their wipe spray/soap, too.

Thank you for your help!  I'll keep my eye on wet bags, and hopefully get some travel ones and a second large one soon, too.

Someone told me a bath of cornstarch or baking soda helps diaper rash, so of course I have those on hand, too. :)
