Hi ladies! I need your help. Just had my baby on Tues and my milk came in night before last. Both breasts were very engorged, I got one down to where baby can nurse off of it but seems he still isn't getting much (not many wet diapers). The other breast is awful, can't latch on that one since the engorgement made my nipple flat. I've tried pumping, hot shower, you name it. Please help!!
