Fungal rash on 18 mo - treat naturally?

My little nephew has a rash that the doctor identified as 'fungal' on his torso. He was prescribed steroids and as long as my sis uses them it's okay, but as soon as she stops it comes back. She's not comfortable with such long term exposure to steroids and is asking about natural remedies. So you wise bunch of women - any suggestions?

steroids for a fungal infection MIGHT make it worse.

Anti-fungals include: garlic, tea tree oil, vinegar/apple cider vinegar, probiotics.

She could try diluted tea tree oil (half carrier oil like almond or olive) and 1/2 TTO.

She could also try colloidal silver which is antifungal and antibacterial in nature

I cured my son's altlete's foot with diluted apple cider vinegar. Dab on with a cotten ball and let dry a few times/day.
