Cd41

Hi all! I am having some concerns. I am at cd41 which I have NEVER in my life gone longer than cd35. I have been having what I thought were pregnancy symptoms but have tested negative up to last Friday. I made an appt today to see a professional despite a total fear of going. I just really want to know what the matter is if anything. I have two children and a nursling but I have had 9 cycles since his birth with cd 27-35. I suppose 41 days isn't that far out of the range of normal but I just feel funny. I don't feel AF is on it's way. I don't even know why I am posting this. I suppose to find out if others have been in this same boat? We want to be pregnant and used this cycle to try and it seems like maybe it went the best on to do that? My mind just wanders about it all day! No stress about it really, just thoughts! My stress will come now as I wait for that appt for Thursday! If AF doesn't show, that will be cd44!!! Never ever ever have my cycles been this long! I think I will get a test and test again n the morning to be sure! And thoughts or ideas are much appreciated!

I'm sorry to say this but. You've either ovulated late or not at all. If you were truly late, as in, missed a period due to pregnancy it would have shown up on a test. It is however, perfectly normal to have a wacky cycle here and there. The average person does have an anovulatory cycle a time or 2 per year.

You COULD still be pregnant but are just too early to test if you did ovulate late.

Two years ago on Valentines Day, DH and I dtd without protection since it was CD28 for me and I was expecting AF within the next day...she was born Nov. 11, 2009, and we named her Mia. :) Here's to hoping you O'd late!

BCBlondie: This is true! It could have happened that way. I told my husband that maybe I just skipped my period all together! Which makes charting a nightmare...because I was intended on starting to chart diligently this next cycle! Oh well! Maybe "next" cycle!! LOL! Thanks for your reply! I am not sad to have someone point that out. I just want to make sure nothing crazy is going on with my body. I am headed for a check-up Thursday just to be sure!

Elisheva: I totally hope you are right! My midwife told me that I could have ovulated late and could sill be pregnant! I am crossing my fingers and toes (as is my three year old who wants a baby sister in my tummy!). Thanks for your encouraging reply!!!
