Narrow gate?

Anyone know of a gate that will fit an opening 27 inches wide?  All the ones I'm finding have a minimum of 28 or 29, and I have 2 doors that are 27.  I have these: http://www.amazon.com/Safety-1st-Baby-Gate-Brown/dp/B0032FOORA/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1297701221&sr=8-9 which have a lovely cat door in them so our old cat can escape from the baby - ideally a narrow gate would also have something similar, but I suspect that's a pipe dream.

They don't have a cat door obviously (I've never seen that, pretty cool). Although it's amazing how small of a space my cat can squeeze her big belly through under our stair gates.
