what would be your first step if your dc age 6 had...

little bumps on his cheeks and arms - not inflamed or itchy - just there.  occasionally had some "cracking" skin behind his ears and atop his penis (right where it meets the abdomen). had what appears to be dry skin on the insides of his ears.   had whitish gray scales on his scalp which he says don't itch - they aren't red or bleeding, i never see him scratch his head.  but they are very thick.

no clue what to do here, but i'd like to obviously go as natural as possible.

i already know he's allergic to eggs and neosporin.

we are vegetarian.

any tips?

cracking skin behind the ears is often eczema. the flakes on his head could be cradle cap? That is often helped by Biotin. And it's possible that he's allergic or intolerant to another food.

Sounds just like my son

He ended up having multiple food intolerances. Eczema is a sign of an underlying issue. I would consider persuing this to see if her has any food allergies/intolerances.
