Randomly getting logged out

About one in every five times that I try to reply to a thread or give someone a thumbs-up on their post, I get a permission error and am logged out. I can log back in but more often than not I've lost the post. I've started having to copy posts before hitting submit just in case this happens and it's pretty frustrating.

And it just happened again when I tried to respond to let you know I replied to your PM. Here's a screenshot:

I refreshed the page and was logged out. Grrr...

Is this still happening? The software team has been unable to reproduce on their end. Specific URLs (links) to the thread where it's happening are really helpful for them to diagnose. I am so sorry for the inconvenience.

Yes, it just happened to me again when I clicked on my subscriptions page.

The error was something like, "I'm sorry, but you must be logged in to do that." I had to log back in to post this.

Okay, I've been able to consistently reproduce the error. Whenever I go to the main mothering.com site (not the forums), I'm logged out. If I login through the main site, then I'm logged into the forums by default, BUT if I navigate back to the main mothering.com site, more often than not I'm logged out again.

It seems like I have to login twice, and if I leave the forums for any reason (but still staying on MDC), I am logged out randomly. However, this doesn't always happen, so I can't be sure. Weird.

I don't know if this helps at all, but thought I'd mention it.
