Forward facing Marathon height rules

What are these again? Top of the head at the top of the seat? Top of the ears? I forget.

A forward-facing seat is outgrown when the weight limit is reached OR the child's ears are above the top of the hard plastic shell OR the child's shoulders are above the top strap settings.

99% of the time, the Marathon is outgrown by the last criterion -- I don't think I've ever seen a child whose ears were above the shell and shoulders still under the straps, and I've only heard of one or two kids who have reached 65# before outgrowing it by height.

That's what I was thinking, but I wasn't sure. Ansel's head is over the top a touch, but he's got a way to go before his ears are at the top. And he still fits in the harness. So, we're good for a bit! And not even close to 65lbs. I know he'd never make it that long in there.
