Discharge (tmi?)

I am 9 weeks pregnant and just tonight started having a tan, foul-smelling discharge. What could this be? Should I be worried? I (thankfully) have a doctor's appointment tomorrow afternoon but it somehow feels forever away! Anyone else ever had this?

I don't have much info, but I did read somewhere that this happens.  It was in an article about pregnancy side effects that no one tells women about.  It said that many women get sort of gross smells down there, although it probably seems more pronounced to you since your sense of smell may be in overdrive.
