I wasn't sure exactly where to post this, but since it has to do with saving money I chose here.  I cannot figure out how to print online coupons on our current computer.  It's a windows 7.  When I click on print coupon from say Ronzoni pasta's website, it opens a new tab that stays blank with the title of the tab enable.asp (GIF image, 1x1 pixels.)  I can't download the coupon printer program, either, because it does the same thing.  

 

Can any of you computer savvy mamas tell me what settings I need to change?
