Hello fellow crafty mamas -
Last Halloween, I saw the loveliest green pleather with a snakeskin/alligator skin pattern to it at JoAnn fabric. I didn't buy it at the time because I had no use for it, but I thought it was pretty. I noticed it was still there all through the Christmas season when I shopped.
NOW I have thought of a costume I want to make for a fairy festival and for Anthrocon, and that would be the PERFECT fabric for parts of it. So I went to JoAnn's to buy it....and it's gone, because it was a "Halloween Spirit" fabric. I've been searching online but it is so incredibly hard to find a very specific fabric online. And it seems JoAnn's can't even special order it without an SKU number, and I can't find anything like it on their website.
So, I'm hoping someone out there can help - like maybe YOU bought this fabric for a costume and still have the receipt with an SKU number??? Or a scrap of the fabric you could mail me so when I'm shopping around I can show ppl just what I'm talking about? Or, maybe someone has a link to what I need for sale on the internet??
Meanwhile, I'll keep scouring the internet and trying other JoANn stores in case one has some leftovers still around. But thought I'd put the call out for help here too. Thanks so much for any help!!
