The Perils of Cosleeping with Toddlers - A Vent

Dear Kids,

I am seriously going to lose my schmidt if the following behaviors continue:

  • trying to shove your cold feet down my pajama trousers
  • trying to lift up my shirt so you can grab my nipple/pick at my dry skin/twist my mole. Repeatedly.
  • try to scratch the mole off my arm IN YOUR SLEEP

I love you and all and you're warm and cuddly and overall good sleeping partners, but let's try keeping your grabby little paddies to yourselves, shall we?

I guess I must get it easy! My daughter is almost 2, and she has taken to kicking me in her sleep. No matter how often I have to move her back , she still turns diagonaly and starts shoving her feet into my back or side. But other than that it's fine.

Although DP does get a teddy thrown at his face at the weekend when our daughter wakes up.
