Any meetups/playgroups in the Lansing, MI area?

We recently moved to Haslett and I was hoping to find some friends for my kids to play with and maybe some attachment parenting parents to talk to as well. We're only 10 minutes from the Greenhouse Birth Center so I know there has to be some families out there! smile.gif  The kids are missing their friends and my husband and I are as well. My kids are 1, 4, and 6.

My daughter is almost 2, we go Foster Community Center on Monday or tuesday Mornings they have an open Gym full of balls and ride on toys,, its great for winter when we are so stuck indoors.  We also are about to start storry time at the library there.

We relocated to Lansing in September and the winter definitely makes it tough to meet people! My husband is SAH and he takes our 15 month old to Impression 5, Lansing Story Time and a few other playgroups. Are you associated with MSU - there is a playgroup just for parents and kids at MSU? Send me a message and I can get you the details or we can meet up somewhere!

Conniebonnie - is the FCC the same as the Foster Library? If so, I'll look into those programs as well. Active toddler!!

yes, the Foster Library is in the FCC. There are a bunch of other things too, lansing is great. We'll play with you!
