HB/UC birth cert in PG cnty and nonvax/delayed ped (TRICARE)

Hi everyone, my question is 2-fold.

1.  I am planning on a having a HB/UC with a CPM and was wondering if anyone can help me with how to get a birth certificate afterward in PG cnty (as this is an illegal state).

2.  Looking for a natural pediatrician that advocates for BF and delayed vax AND who accepts TRICARE

I guess if I had recommendations (w/o considering ins), I could just call and inquire myself.

PG is a bear about homebirth birth certificates.  You call the health dept and tell them you need to register a homebirth.  They arrange a public health nurse to fill out forms with you. You decline to name the midwife, even if they make threats.  You might need to get a lawyer to help out if they get belligerent as they occasionally do. I had to do that for a client once.  She and lawyer filled out affadavit as to birth details minus midwife's name.  Make sure you call to register within two weeks.  Delaying makes it even harder.  PG and Howard have been wiggy about it over the years.  Most other counties are no problem.
