What's considered normal "pain" around incision during pregnancy? And another question...

I'm almost 29 weeks and starting this morning I've felt sharp pin prick pains on the edges of what I'm guessing is my uterine scar.  It feels like it's just behind my outer scar and I'm assuming that's where the uterine one is.  I also just emailed my doc this question but I'm wondering how to tell when the pains are normal and when you are to be concerned?  From what I've googled it seems like this is pretty common but I'm sure many of you can relate to how uterine rupture is in the back of my mind.

A midwife was telling me that the pains you're describing are adhesions breaking loose.  Your uterine scar is further down into the pelvis than the external scar.  Nevertheless, it's good you're checking in with your CP if you're concerned about it.
