raw vegan breastfeeding (oversupply issue)

Hi, I'm hoping someone has some insight on this: I've eaten raw vegan for several years, and did so during my pregnancy.  However, once I started breastfeeding I discovered that greens and items containing protein would trigger an oversupply issue (too much foremilk, too forceful of a letdown, and discomfort for baby).  Most of my diet previously was greens and fruit, so what was left if I cut out the greens?  I didn't want to eat all fruit, because it made me feel too hypoglycemic.  I started eating brown rice and such, but still felt very hungry, and don't want to eat so high carb.  (Any really healthy superfood type stuff created an oversupply response.)

It's evened out now, and I'm grateful, but what can I eat that will keep baby comfortable, and keep mommy fed?

Thanks for wise counsel.

Parsley will actually decrease supply. Maybe add more parsley?

You might want to cross-post this in the breastfeeding section!  Even if they are not vegan, there are some very knowledgable women who might be able to help you with this issue.  The first obvious question: have you tried block feeding to reduce the foremilk/hindmilk imbalance?
