Cow's milk allergy- what about sheep and goats milk?

I posted recently about DD's IgG results which showed up a cow's milk allergy along with 12 other foods including wheat, many legumes, nuts, eggs and soy. Her symptoms are constipation, chronic UTI, low iron, and some behavioural issues. I'm trying to plan an elimination diet and it would be very convenient to include some sheep and goat dairy (she didn't show up any sensitivities to these on the IgG) but is it really better to eliminate ALL dairy products just to be sure?

*Most* people who are allergic to "dairy" in the cow form can't do any of them. The proteins are all very similar.
