Yes, anal is fine too if you're comfortable.  Orgasms are safe.  Yes, they can make you crampy, but that's normal.  Orgasms cause uterine contractions even when you're not pregnant, it's just that you don't necessarily feel the contractions when your uterus is not enlarged.  Do check in with your doctor or midwife if you experience cramps that don't subside fairly quickly after sex or if you have any bleeding.  Oh, and don't be embarrassed...we all have sex....that's how most of us ended up in this particular forum
