What FICO score is needed for an FHA mortgage loan these days?

A mid score of at least 620 for each person applying (so, like you and your DH if he would be on the loan also). The creditboards website has a GREAT mortgage forum if you want more info. I've learned a ton in the past few weeks:)

generally 620 but some lenders still do it at 580
