I am 33 weeks pregnant with my second and somewhat new to the TF way of eating. I was/am very into raw foods as that has helped me feel the best I have ever felt. With introduction into TF I started implemented more Kefir and cultured veggies along with a little sourdough. I already do sprouted grain breads. We aren't huge meat eaters but I do use organic butter and cook with organic eggs. I really don't ever see myself eating organ meats or eating a ton of meat in general. I do feel pretty good with the way we eat and I try to listen closely to my body to see what it needs.
