My 5 yr. old daughter suffers from insomina. We've seen a sleep specialist, but he was little help. Now we're seeing a behavior specialist, to rule out underlying problems. But in the meantime, she wants us to try Valerian and Lemon Balm. I guess the medical studies for this are impressive, showing that, among kids, 97% had "good" to "very good" improvement in their sleeping. Our problem,however, is finding a product with the right concentration.

 

The doctor wants us to start with 160 mg of Valerian and 80 mg. of Lemon Balm, or something very close. And she doesn't want a bunch of other herbs mixed in. We found a product called Euvegal Forte, but it's apparently only available in Germany.

 

Can anyone help? Do you have a great source for these herbs that are in this dosing range?
