Fructose Malabsorption

Any one know much about it?  I am trying to determine if that is yet another thing we are dealing with.

It seems like we FINALLY have normal BM's without gluten, our allergens and a great probiotic.  Thing is ANYTIME DS has apples we have issue the very next day.  It doesn't seem to happen as much with pears (which from my research are higher in fructose) but does with applesauce. Those are the two main fruits we eat (we are in the northeast so those are about all we can get organic) so it is all I can compare it with.

Bumping. Please, any ideas?

Last night at snack time I gave him 5 baby carrots.  At 5:30 AM I heard him come out of his room.  I went to check on him and he had a BM that was really bad. Had another one at 10 AM.
