I've been drinking hot chocolate every morning, and I'm trying to get rid of some of the sugar in my diet. Â I've switched to a fruity herbal tea, but was wondering if there's an herbal tea (no caffeine!!) that can jazz me up in the morning. Â Like the opposite of sleepytime!

Herbal Tea to help me wake up?
Ginger tea. You can purchase it in the health food aisle of the grocery store, or you can make your own by slicing fresh ginger and lemon and boiling in water for a few minutes.

Good Earth Original Tea - it's sweet and spicy. My sister, who is nicknamed the "mistress of sweets" loves this tea. It doesn't have sugar or caffeine. Look for the caffeine free version, there are other products they sell that look similar but that do contain caffeine. Good Earth is sold in any grocery store in the tea section.
