My DS has had a mohawk for quite some time, and loves it. He likes to wear it up, and for a while we were using his natural sunscreen (this was in the summertime...) but that's not really getting the job done.

Any recipes out there for a homemade/baby safe hair product? I know, it seems like a ridiculous question, but bear with me... it makes him so happy to spike his hair, but I just can't put that chemical stuff from the store on my kid's head. It seems so wrong. Any ideas?

PS. I'm also not okay with the raw egg idea. I'm looking to make batch of something that I can put in jar that will last a month or two before I have to make more.
