Someone PLEASE give me some helpful advice here....I'm still relatively new to the whole natural solutions to illnesses thing, and I don't know what I can take while pregnant.

I'm on my 5th week of a cold, or perhaps different colds, one after another. As soon as I start to feel like I'm getting better, I wake up worse again.

My nose is running mostly clear to light yellow, but only light yellow upon waking.
I have no fever, no body aches or pains, just tired.
I cough all night long from drainage.
My ears feel clogged.
My nose is congested with swelling.
I have sore throats in the AM and randomly throughout the day.
I do NOT think it's a sinus infection as I have no symptoms of that.

So, how can I beat this thing? I have a baby to deliver any day now!!!

I've read that Sodium Ascorbate is good, but sometimes not so good in pregnancy. Turmeric sounds good, but again, not in pregnancy. Elderberry? Same. A friend recommended Calcium Lactate. I want to rip my hair out....everything I'd normally use I can't while pregnant. Or can I?
