My 10 m.o. has a favorite teething toy, which is me. He doesn't like teething biscuits, the plastic things you put in the fridge, or anything else I have tried. If he is biting me, I assume it is both a phase and a chewing need. Please share what your sweetie likes to bite so I can try to substitute it for my flesh. We have tried the mesh things you can buy at Target. He'll play with them, but not really gnaw on them. Thanks!

On what does your LO like to teeth?
She doesn't bite while nursing but she does at other times. The only other thing I've found that she consistently bites is a washcloth.
 but she also like a wet facewasher and she loves a water ice cube in a mesh feeder. She doesn't chew it as much as suck on it but it seems to help.
