Our 10 m.o. usually poops one time a day and it's always the mudslide variety (he mostly just eats breastmillk & doesn't like solids too much). He was diagnosed with low iron (8.8) last Thursday, so, in addition to serving him some steak for the first time last night, I gave him a vitamin with iron on Thursday and Friday (please don't flame me for giving a vitamin--the anemia thing really scared me & we are approaching it with iron-rich food too). Today, he had two weirdly hard poops (not super hard, but firm--sorry TMA) and two blowouts, one of which was very watery. Could this be a delayed reaction to the vitamin? Any ideas? Thanks.
