My kids and I watched "Fantastic Mr. Fox" in a theater with another mom and her son. The kids sat quietly during the movie, but didn't talk much about it or show interest afterward. My friend and I loved it.

Even though it is PG rated and animated, we thought it may hold more appeal to adults since it seems greatly about a man going through a mid-life crisis. The kids didn't relate as much to the protagonist.
I've never heard of Scott Pilgrim vs the World.
