I'm looking for some recommendations for iPhone apps.

I would like something like fitday or spark people, that counts calories *and* monitors nutritional intake (like your vits and minerals, etc).

I'm also interested in what apps you all use to monitor your exercise. Â I've been running a bit, and I do yoga and a weight lifting class, with some walking and exercise biking thrown in. Â Does Nike + work well for you (even if you don't have a chip in your shoe...)? Â
