My DS is now 11 weeks old today and I'm having some pain in my side like I used to when I got cysts (PolyCystic Ovarian Syndrome).  I *thought* since LAM usually works until 6 months, or until a 'rule' is broken, that I wouldn't be even close to ovulating at only 2.5 months!  He doesn't STTN, wakes at least twice to eat, doesn't take a pacifier, has never touched a bottle, and gets fed whenever and however many times he wants.  I'm not worried about pregnancy or anything since my DH is deployed but the cysts can be really really painful!!  I'm looking around and kellymom says "follicular activity" (with "no chance of pregnancy" so I'm assuming no ovulation) is the first step to the return of fertility.  Could that cause ovarian cysts or a similar pain?
