Favorite underwear pattern?

I am hoping to make my own underwear for the remainder of my pregnancy and also some with sewn-in mama cloth for the postpartum time. Anyone have any favorite patterns or ideas about underwear construction?

I made some back in high school (pink sparkly fleece no less ;)) and I just traced a pair of my existing underwear and modified it as needed. Basically it was just 2 pieces - front and back and it takes so little fabric you can just play with it until you get it right. or sew the 2 together in the crotch and then hold them onto you and see what needs altering.
