Pregnant with first IUI & clomid?

Hey ladies! Today I finished up my day 2 of IUI and Im trying to stay positive but I keep reading other post of most people trying it 3 or 4 times because it didn't work. I guess I just want to hear that it is possible to get pregnant after only the first try. My husband and I have been TTC for about 8 years and finally decided to see a specialist. I started my first round of 100 mg Clomid and had the HCG trigger shot the day before my IUI. Yesterday was my first insemination with 30 Mill and today was the second with 29 Mill. And now Im on my 2WW!!! The thing that I worry about is that I only had ONE mature Follicle!!! I mean only one can do the job but what are the chances? Anyone going through this or has gone through this?

It's my understanding that if your DH's sperm are "normal" that clomid/IUI basically levels the playing field.  You would have the same chance (maybe a little higher) than a couple without IF issues which I believe is around 20%. 

Forgot to add:  My friend got pregnant on the first clomid/IUI!!!!!
