i've been writing a little daily gratitude . . . item? i don't know what to call it, lol. in a day planner. i could definitely add a daily affirmation. this is silly, but i find coming up with my own affirmations very challenging after someone gave me the most perfect one of all time. however, if i know it's "just for today" because i can write something else tomorrow, that makes it seem less daunting.

oh! i just figured out from your siggy that EFT = tapping. i knew it sounded familiar. do you have a set thing that you do every time, or does it vary by your needs that day? when/where do you do it? (just wondering where you fit it in to your daily routine.) this would be a good idea for me too.
