daily affirmation or EFT check-in?

i'm trying to start writing affirmations and doing EFT every day and thought that having a thread to track my progress would be good for building a habit. anyone want to join? if so, feel free to list your affirmations! thumb.gif

i've been writing a little daily gratitude . . . item?  i don't know what to call it, lol.  in a day planner.  i could definitely add a daily affirmation.  this is silly, but i find coming up with my own affirmations very challenging after someone gave me the most perfect one of all time.  however, if i know it's "just for today" because i can write something else tomorrow, that makes it seem less daunting.

 

oh! i just figured out from your siggy that EFT = tapping.  i knew it sounded familiar.  do you have a set thing that you do every time, or does it vary by your needs that day?  when/where do you do it?  (just wondering where you fit it in to your daily routine.)  this would be a good idea for me too.

sorry it took me so long! dd was sick and then i was sick so i've been lazing about on keeping up with everything.

i usually try to do my affirmations in the morning before dd wakes up so that i can write and try to bring myself back when my mind wanders. the eft i try to do during the day, as needed, and add in prewritten scripts either from emails or youtube videos as time allows.
