I know that attention issues can be a result of diet so not sure if I should cross post over there (as that is a partially unexplored avenue), but I've had attention issues for a long time.

 

There is abuse in my past and I have serious stress management issues, anxiety issues, and an increasingly frustrating problem staying in the moment with my kids and our lives.

 

I guess I just don't know what to tackle first or what is diet or trauma related.

 

Any guidance - natural remedy type of mama here.
