First Cycle Length After Mirena Removed

I got my Mirena IUD out 40 days ago. I'm starting to wonder how long this cycle is going to last! I have no idea what my normal cycle length is because this is the first time I haven't either been on hormonal BC or pregnant in probably 7 years. I got BFN's 5 and 8 days ago. My temp and CM have been all over the chart, so I have no idea if I O'd or not. So here are my questions: how long was your first cycle after taking your Mirena (or even other IUDs) out? What's the maximum length for a "normal" cycle? I'm now at the end of my TCOYF chart, so I'm going to have to tape another on the end. For some reason, that makes me feel like this cycle is abnormally long. Help?

When I took my Mirena out, I started bleeding 12 days later, then had a 34 day cycle (normally 28), then a 30 day cycle, the 25 & 24 (yeah-WTF!) I'm on CD 22 now and hoping AF stays away for another 4-5 days at least. Sorry, not really a helpful answer, but just wanted to tell you that my cycles have kind of been all over the place too. I took mine out October 21st and I'm just now starting to feel like I'm getting back to "normal" hormonally.

If your cycle goes much longer you can try to get a prescription for provera to make you start, but I don't know if messing with more hormones will be a good thing or not.

I had my Mirena out in 08/09 and started charting immediately.  I O'd 7 days after having it out with a total cycle length of 15 days (really short luteal phase).  My next cycle I O'd on cd22 IIRC with a more normal luteal phase.  Overall I think my hormones were still straightening out when I got pregnant 5 months after getting it out -- so far as reaching a normal cycle length, normal fertile CF, etc.  Oh, and my cycles are normally extremely regular.
