Â
Yes, I already posted this elsewhere but didn't have any takers. Â If a few people will take an hour or two to work on 1 "VPD", this project will be done in no time.
Â
I am in the process of compiling a series of Excel Spreadsheets that answer about 22 questions for each VPD. Â My goal is to have a nice, neat "book" that parents can use to make educated decisions & to help if they need to argue their case with anyone. Â I want a document that is full of facts & does not reach any conclusions or contain any opinions. Â I may eventually start a blog, but that isn't in the works yet.
Â
If I could get a few volunteers to take 1 or 2 VPDs, do the research to answer the questions & complete the spreadsheet template, I would be able to complete it much quicker. Â If you have a lot of data already or are interested in taking on a VPD, I'd love the help & will share the final product with Mothering & similar communities.
Â
Below are the VPDs I want help with & the questions. Â If you are interested, send me a message with your e-mail address & I will forward the template to you. I request that you use my Excel template so I don't have to transfer data from another format. If you do not have Excel, I believe that you can download a similar program from the FREE program Open Office.
Â
I request that any volunteers use government or mainstream medical sources whenever possible so no one can dispute this data. Â If you must resort to an alternative source for certain questions, that's fine. Â I will be asking that everyone note their sources & provide comprehensive & clear data.
Â
If you have any suggestions on how to improve this project, please let me know.
Â
I'm working on Hep B already.
Â
Thanks!
