I finally broke down and bought a blue light box and it seems like each time I use it at work (in front of the computer under flourecent lights) I get a headache.  It's happened 3 times.  I'm not one to get headaches so it really concerns me.  Could it be the light?  I have it on the lowest intensity and have been using it for 30 minutes. 

 

Any ideas?
