i know there are requirements for running a co-op (and am currently working on upping my post count so i can), but are there any requirements for participating in one. do you have to have been a member for a certain amount of time or have a certain number of posts? sorry if this was already covered.
If you can view this forum, you can participate in coops. Obviously, if there are issues with non-payment for coops users may lose the privilege of participating.
I'm actually wondering about Dharma - I may want to contact the company, because they're local to me. If I host the co-op and pick up from their warehouse, see if I could save on shipping to host.
I'd love to see a Dharma one too. My daughter needs some new nightgowns and their cotton dresses are awesome for that.
I think I should have posted here instead of on the other co-op thread but I'd be interested in a disana or lanacare wool co-op. I'd join the WCW mentioned on the other thread in co-op except I am interested in longies not shorts/soakers. Anyone else know what would be involved?
Co-ops have certain restrictions on participants (generally 30 posts/60 days) and individual organizers will set their own limits on geography. Many will ship to Canada. Beyond that, it is very unusual to have someone willing or able to ship internationally.

Thanks for the info well I think I'll just forget about that. But its a very nice concept I'll look out for one that will be organised for international participants
