Overnight for a 4yo, what would you use

We've been using disposable pull ups at night in the hopes that DS would be able to get the off himself when he wakes up. He will take them off and use the toilet first thing in the morning but they are still wet so I'm not expecting him to be dry soon.

I want to go back to cloth since he has outgrown the store brand pull ups and goodnights are 3 times the cost. Suddenly it seems worth buying a new system, it needs something he can get off himself.

We have a very old XL fuzzi bunz which stuffed with a terry flat and hemp booster has got us though the run out of pull up emergencies OK.

my thoughts so far

XL fuzzi bunz, since the one we have works OK

Toddler prefold and cover, not sure if DS would feel this is too nappy like

motherease bedwetter pants, never been a fan of AIO as they took ages to dry but reviews seem OK.

happy heiney pocket trainers, are there any advantages over the fuzzi bunz,

what else would people recommend. I'm in the UK so it has to be something I can get hold of easily

We use Antsy Pants for both older boys (2.5 and 4.5) with either a newborn prefold or hemp doublers. It took some trial and error with inserts, but now they work very well!

Well we've been doing this for a few weeks now, either the XL fuzzi bunz with a small prefold and hemp doubler or a snappied terry square with hemp doubler and motherease airflow cover.

DS has expressed a strong preference for the EM cover so I've just ordered an XL. We've been managing to squeeze him into a large.

He can't always get the snappi off and often comes in to me in the early hours for me to do it for him.
