So when you are running on little to no sleep for the bagillionth month, year, whatever in a row and you are super devoted to your family, keeping yourself at their disposal pretty much around the clock, how do you resist the urge to eat that sugary snack for "yourself, because you've earned it" or to get that 2nd or 20th wind that you need to make it through the day? My little girl is 14 months old now and I hate it that I haven't shed the pregnancy weight yet. I love healthy foods and its no trouble to include them for me. But after a day of salads, beans, and smoothies once the kids are FINALLY in bed I really want to indulge. How do you get past this?
