I love coffee (I do half decaf have reg) and am trying to eat better ect. So I realized today I used 10 packets of raw sugar in my coffee this morning for a whopping 200 calories!
I have Stevia in the Raw and I hate it. It's gross. My coffee sucks. It doesn't taste sweet and makes it have an awful aftertaste.
Are different brands sweeter or anything?
What is your experience with stevia? Is there an alternative that is not harmful and still 0 calories?
