I need ideas for what to add to my chicken.  I've made a whole chicken in the crockpot before, adding a bottle of barbecue sauce to it, but I want to try something else this time.  Ideas?  TIA!

I actually just cook it totally plain most of the time and then shred it for a variety of dishes, like enchiladas ect.

I cut up an onion, a carrot, and two stalks of celery, and put those on top of it. And some black pepper, lots of salt, and pour in a half-cup of chicken stock. Yum!

Thanks everybody!  For those of you who cook it plain, do you add water or anything?  And how long do you cook it?  Thanks!
