So, DD's father has said nothing more about her supposed delays and seizures. Apparently, around the time he strarted going on about this, he lost his gourd at work, was cursing and yelling at a coworker and at customers, snapping photos of things in the establishment, and license plates in the parking lot. He was suspended for two weeks and at the conclusion of those two weeks, subsequently fired. This is his normal type of behavioral patterns that most had not seen until DD and I left (and it took about 6 months or more to surface after we had gone).

Now, after her day visit, DD started just kicking off and throwing things, to which we attributed age (she's nearly 2) and not getting a nap at Dad's. This week was a different story. She had her bi-weekly over-night with him. My parents picked her up from the exchange person and took her home. DD would NOT let my mother near her without hysterically screaming and crying. This lasted over an hour. She panicked when she dropped one of her snack cookies on the floor. Now, also, the past few nights she wouldn't sleep by herself (bed time OR nap), when she is usually an independent and good sleeper, and also won't let me put her down. The clinginess usually occurs when she comes home from there, anyway, but it's worse, now.

Should I inform my DD's attorney with an update as to how things are going? I'm highly considering this option. I'm not sure what else to do, since, though she has quite a vocabulary, her vocab isn't nearly good enough for her to start spouting off why she is upset.
