Last Friday I woke up at 6am with breast tenderness and redness in one spot. I immediately began natural remedies to prevent mastitis, and within 2 days I was completely better. Never had a fever.

It's Thursday and I woke up at 6am with breast tenderness and redness on the OTHER breast. This time the natural remedies aren't doing much, and the redness is turning into many spots of redness all over my entire breast, and spreading between my breasts and now it's on my other breast as well. Literally moved from right to left within the last few hours.

This is clearly not a plugged duct.
I have a prescription for dicloxacillin that i never filled last week because I didn't need it. Should I take it? What is causing this? A bacteria? My daughter's dirty teeth? Dirty sheets? The fact that I don't let my nipples dry after a feeding every single time?
I didn't sleep very much last night at all. I feel broken.

I don't have a fever yet, but I just can't stand looking down and seeing this mess of red spots. Tell me what's going on... what do I do?!
